Policy for Cancellation and No Show: |

Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay or numbers (rooms & persons) are subject |
|
|
|
|
|
to Cancellation and No Show Fees as follows: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
1) Between 0 - 15 days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the applicable rate |
|
|
|
|
|
2) Between 16 - 30 days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the applicable rate |
|
|
|
|
|
3) Between 31 - 60 days of the arrival date, the cancellation fee is 25% of the applicable rate |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Personal reservation: A 25% non-refundable deposit must be made to Mara West Camp and a credit card number provided to hold the reservation. |

Agency Reservation: A guaranteed for fulfillment of the cancellation policy from a legitimate travel agency, received in writing via marawest@gmail.com |
|
Full payment must be made upon arrival. |
